What TTMT is (and is not)
A short boundary check before you use the guide, prompts, workbook, podcast, or contact us. TTMT is peer-led reflection, not clinical care.
What TTMT is
- A facilitated, conversation-led space for men.
- Private reflection you can start on your own: the co-parenting guide, daily prompts, the workbook, or the podcast.
- Honest language, structure, and signposting when something sits outside our remit.
- Peer-informed, facilitated support shaped by lived experience. Not a substitute for professional treatment.
What TTMT is not
- Therapy, counselling, diagnosis, or medical advice.
- Crisis or emergency support, legal advice, or mediation.
- A promise to fix outcomes we cannot safely control.
- A space to hold acute risk without signposting to appropriate services.
How we work
We hold process, questions, and boundaries. We help people name what they are carrying and consider steadier next steps.
Where distress, crisis language, safeguarding concerns, or urgent legal risk appear, TTMT signposts out. See Safeguarding for crisis numbers and escalation.
Before you go further
If you need urgent help, use crisis services first. If you want to explore TTMT, start with the podcast, daily prompts, workbook, or the co-parenting guide. Live programmes are not open to book.
