Crisis or immediate danger?
Call 999 if you or someone else is at immediate risk. For mental health crisis lines and TTMT boundaries, see Safeguarding before you write to us. Safeguarding · What TTMT is (and is not)
Send a message
Tell us whether you are writing for yourself or on behalf of an organisation, then pick the option that fits. That is enough for us to reply usefully.

Before you write
You may find a quicker answer here. For partnerships, the guide, or tool help, use the contact form above to route your message.
Is TTMT therapy or counselling?
No. TTMT is peer-informed, facilitated reflection and honest conversation. It is not therapy, diagnosis, medical advice, legal advice, mediation, or crisis support.
How do I get the free reflection guide?
The free guide is the Co-parenting Fathers Reflection Guide, a campaign resource for fathers. Request it on that page and we email a download link either way. Tick the updates box only if you also want occasional reflections, new episodes and news. Choosing the free guide on the contact form sends the guide and does not add you to updates.
How long does a reply take?
We aim to respond to non-urgent messages within a few working days. This inbox is not monitored for crisis or safeguarding emergencies.
I need help with the workbook or daily prompts
Choose Help with workbook or daily prompts on the form, or see the workbook and prompts pages for how autosave and export work.
