Common questions
Quick answers about TTMT, our reflective tools, and how to get in touch. For crisis support or full boundaries, use the links at the bottom of this page.
About TTMT
Is TTMT therapy or counselling?
No. TTMT is peer-informed, facilitated reflection and honest conversation. It is not therapy, diagnosis, medical advice, legal advice, mediation, or crisis support.
Who is TTMT for?
TTMT is for men. Fatherhood and co-parenting are the current campaign, including a free reflection guide written for fathers. You can also start with daily prompts, the workbook, or the podcast.
What if I am in crisis or need urgent help?
Use emergency and crisis services first. TTMT is not a crisis line and we do not monitor forms or email for urgent risk.
Using the site
How do I get the free reflection guide?
The free guide is the Co-parenting Fathers Reflection Guide, a campaign resource for fathers. Request it on that page and we email a download link either way. Tick the updates box only if you also want occasional reflections, new episodes and news. Choosing the free guide on the contact form sends the guide and does not add you to updates.
Where is my workbook saved? Can I export it?
Answers autosave in this browser on this device. Use export in the reader when you want a copy. Clearing site data or switching browsers will not carry answers across unless you export them.
What is the difference between daily prompts and the workbook?
Daily prompts are short, single questions for a quick check-in. The workbook follows ebook chapters with more space to write and return over time.
How do I listen to the podcast?
Browse episodes on this site or search for Talking To My Thoughts in your podcast app.
Workshops, events, and organisations
How do I join a workshop or in-person session?
We do not have a standing workshop you can book from this page. When an event is listed, booking is through Eventbrite. Otherwise use the contact form and we will note your interest.
Can my organisation book TTMT for a programme or pilot?
Live programmes are not open to book yet. Use the contact form and choose partnership or programme. Tell us the context and what you are hoping for. We will reply about whether a future session could fit, not with clinical guarantees.
How long does a reply take?
We aim to respond to non-urgent messages within a few working days. This inbox is not monitored for crisis or safeguarding emergencies.
Still need help? Use the contact form for anything personal or organisational. For crisis numbers and escalation, see Safeguarding first.
