Talking To My Thoughts is a peer-led space for all men. We offer honest conversation, reflection and community, without pushing you into a clinical frame. Fatherhood and co-parenting are the current campaign, not the limit of who this is for.
Why we exist
Men reach for help less often
Men are still less likely than women to seek psychological support. Pride, stigma, and the pressure to look composed can keep difficult thoughts private until they spill into relationships, work, or health.
What sits underneath the pressure
Anger, withdrawal and overload are ways pressure can show up. They are not a verdict on someone's character. Naming what is going on, in ordinary language, is where reflection can start.
How we show up
We are peer-led and conversation-led, not therapist-led. We hold structure and signposting in our spaces. We do not diagnose, treat, or replace professional care when that is what someone needs.

Craig is a life coach and motivational speaker who helps men slow down, reflect, and find steadier language under pressure.

He also builds our digital pathways so conversation becomes private tools men can return to, without blurring our boundaries.
Simon shapes the spaces where conversation actually happens.
He is a father and producer with 15+ years in media and live events, focused on facilitation that feels human, structured, and credible under pressure.
Our goals
Short term
We give men a credible non-clinical entry point
We turn reflection into next steps
We keep offers honest about what we have actually heard
Long term
We want men to have somewhere honest to speak before pressure hardens into silence
We work with partners when a bounded reflective offer is the right fit
We keep the work sustainable
Who we serve
Men
TTMT is for men who want room to reflect, speak and grow. Fatherhood and co-parenting are the current campaign, including separation, co-parenting strain, access stress, and the silence that builds when there is nowhere safe to speak.
Community and organisational partners
We talk with teams that want a bounded reflective offer for men, without therapy claims or generic wellbeing language. Nothing is open to book yet.
